John Green’s Legendary High School Prank

This admittedly long-winded story of 2 High School Pranks is worth the wait…. Very funny, very high on the nerve meter.

Fans of the author’s novel, ‘Looking for Alaska’ will definitely recognize this story.

Awesome new Prank book:  BAD BEHAVIOR 101

Forget about Punk’d. Or any of those other stupid hidden camera shows. Executing the perfect prank is an art that demands deft craftsmanship and sly cunning. Whether you’re talking about a good-natured practical joke between roommates or an elaborate hit against a nosy neighbor, nothing sends a message with satisfying elegance like a well-designed prank. But how can you, just some regular schmo, become an ultimate prankster?

Welcome to Prank University! Here are 100 essential pranks—from classics such as Doorbell Drench and Silly-String Sleep to more modern operations like Quick Leg Shave, Wasabi Paste, and Plastic Forking (you’ll have to look inside for that one, but trust us, it’s good).

This book thoughtfully includes step-by-step instructions (!) and ingenious diagrams make these diabolical schemes all too easy. An icon system denotes prank difficulty as well as the number of accomplices needed, costs involved (if any), and whether to film the event for posterity. Just remember to use this information judiciously . . . you never know when some young jokester (also armed with this book) might be coming after you.

Best Office Prank Ever

Office Prankers: TAKE NOTE… The cubicle walls are not that difficult to arrange… You’re going to laugh your butt off on this one!

One night they walled off 11 senior offices at work for a prank…people didn’t know wtf to do the next day. This prank is 100% true.

The Chicken-y Shower Prank

As the first official prank for this blog we wanted to give you a classic, never-fails, always-catches-them-off-guard-every-time prank that we have personally tried. All you need for the chickeny shower prank is a simple chicken boullion cube and a wrench that can remove the showerhead of your intended marks’ shower(s). (Such as gym or dorm room showers.)

This prank does not damage anyone or anything, however it could potentially sting the eyes of your victims if they don’t notice the smell immediately. (We will tell you how to make sure that they do.) So we did not use this prank on anyone who didn’t really deserve it, such as my college roommate did.  (The one who made my entire bed disappear for 24 hours!)

Note: No one is saying here that you should use this prank. This story is for entertainment purposes only.

Before my roommate went to shower for the night, I stole away five minutes after my own shower and removed the entire showerhead on our dorm room shower. I simply used a wrench on the metal showerhead there, and took the head completely off so I could look down the pipe into the wall.

Then I took a regular chicken bouillon cube, which you can find in the soup section of any grocery store, and crushed it up just enough to fit into the narrow pipe opening.  I further made sure that there was both finely-crushed bouillon as well as larger chunks of bouillon in there so he’d both get some now, and later too.  :)

All went as you’d expect, about 5 seconds into his shower I heard him yell something close to “WTF?!?” and he was forced to finish his shower in the sink!

The next morning I watched and giggled as a cat from a nearby neigbor’s house followed him a little more closely than normal! :)

The downside to this prank is that it’s very obvious in a dormroom who played this prank on him, and before I could shower again myself I had to run a lot of water and get it all out.  (I actually showered at a friends room for days to stick it to him again and again! :)

I’d imagine that a shared-dorm shower, or better yet, high school gym showers would make a much better place to play this prank.
